Head of Fund Finance Flora Go will speak on a panel, “Subscription Lines and Capital Call Facilities,” at the Practising Law Institute’s annual Fund Finance program. Flora and other industry experts will examine the current fundraising market and the growing use of capital commitment pledge techniques as credit support for back leverage, acquisition financings and other new transactions. The panel will also address recent National Association of Insurance Commissioners changes to capital charges for collateralized loan obligation tranches, including their implications for insurance company investors and lenders in subscription facilities.
The program will take place in New York and virtually on October 14. Flora’s panel will begin at 9:15 a.m. ET.
