Elizabeth McColm to Speak at Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

Restructuring partner Elizabeth McColm will speak at the 16th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference. Elizabeth’s panel, “Cross-Border Restructurings,” will explore some of the key issues that arise in preparing for and conducting Chapter 11 cases for companies with major operations and affiliates that span multiple jurisdictions. The conference will take on February 21 in New York City.
