Elizabeth McColm to Participate in Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

Bankruptcy partner Elizabeth McColm will speak on a panel at the 15th annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing conference. Elizabeth’s panel, “Key Issues for Strategic Planning in Cross-Border Restructurings,” will discuss some of the key issues that arise in preparing for and conducting Chapter 11 cases of companies with major operations and affiliates that span multiple jurisdictions. The event will take place on February 22 in New York City.
