Bankruptcy partner Elizabeth McColm will speak on a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 15th International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium. Elizabeth’s panel, “The Broad, Developing International Paradigm for Restructuring: The Latest on the American Perspective,” will discuss recent and developing restructuring trends in the U.S. that reflect a growing international paradigm, and will also comment on recent cases and decisions of note involving international restructurings and insolvency matters. The event will take place from November 14 to 15 in Paris.
