Elizabeth McColm to Participate at Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

Bankruptcy partner Elizabeth McColm will speak on a panel at the 2018 Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing conference. Elizabeth’s panel, “Distressed Retail,” will discuss issues affecting brick-and-mortar retailers competing against online retailers and recent distressed retail situations. The event will take place on February 23 in New York City.
