Elizabeth McColm to Discuss Asset Valuation in Bankruptcy at the University of Chicago Conference on Judicial Valuation

Restructuring partner Elizabeth McColm will participate in a panel on “Valuation in Bankruptcy, The Practitioners’ View” as part of the University of Chicago Conference on Judicial Valuation. The conference will address the judicial valuation of assets in merger appraisals, bankruptcy proceedings and corporate litigation. Elizabeth’s panel will take place on September 9 from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.
