David Kessler Co-Chairs NYSBA Panel on Financial Regulation and Money Laundering

Litigation counsel David Kessler co-led a panel as part of the 2022 London Global Conference hosted by the New York State Bar Association’s International Section. In “Financial Regulation/Money Laundering Hot Topics,” David and the other panelists discussed global challenges regarding financial crimes, addressing topics including corporate criminal prosecution and anti-money laundering efforts in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The panel was held in London on December 1 as part of a three-day conference involving lawyers from the United States, Europe and other parts of the world.
