Christopher Sullivan to Discuss European Private M&A at IBA Conference

Corporate partner Christopher Sullivan will speak on a panel as part of the International Bar Association’s 14th European Corporate and Private M&A Conference. Christopher's panel, "Current Legal Developments in European Private M&A,” will address legal and market trends influencing private M&A transactions in Europe and take an in-depth look at the evolving use of warranty and indemnity insurance and strategies for salvaging do-or-die transactions.

The conference will take place in Paris on February 5 and 6, with Christopher’s panel on February 5 at 11:15 a.m. CET.
