Christopher Sullivan Discusses Leveraged Buyouts at Oxford’s Private Equity Program

Corporate partner Christopher Sullivan gave a lecture on leveraged buyouts, incentives and governance on February 12 as part of the University of Oxford Private Equity Program, hosted by the Saïd Business School. The lecture covered how private equity firms value their portfolio companies and how to incentivize performance in private equity portfolio companies, among other topics.
