Corporate partner Carmen Lu will participate in a panel, “CEO Succession & Onboarding” at the 2025 Society for Corporate Governance National Conference. The panel will discuss foundational principals for managing CEO succession, the role of the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, emergency CEO succession and CEO onboarding.
