Brian Hermann to Speak on PLI Panel on Current Developments in Bankruptcy & Reorganizations

Bankruptcy partner Brian Hermann will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s conference on “Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2019: Current Developments.” Brian’s panel, “Executory Contracts; Energy Case Issues,” will focus on current cases, enforceability of post-petition performance, leases as disguised security agreements, and retroactive lease rejections and landlord claims, among other topics. The event will take place from April 22-23 in New York City.
