Brian Hermann to Participate in Annual ABI Spring Meeting

Bankruptcy partner Brian Hermann will speak on a panel at the annual American Bankruptcy Institute Spring Meeting. Brian’s panel, “Environmental Claims in Bankruptcy,” will discuss what happens when an estate is administratively insolvent, when principals/owners can be liable for environmental liabilities, and reclamation claims and permit blocking issues, among other topics. The event will take place from April 11-14 in Washington, D.C.
