Corporate partner Bianca Levin-Soler will participate in a panel, “Let’s Make a Deal: Negotiating Earnouts in M&A Transactions,” as part of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Spring Meeting 2025. The session will cover how to draft earnout provisions to minimize post-closing disputes, analyze the pros and cons of different approaches from both the buyer and the seller perspective, and discuss recent earnout caselaw.
