Real estate counsel Barry Langman led an online seminar as part of the National Law Institute’s Advanced Commercial Leasing series. The session, which was attended by approximately 300 real estate professionals, focused on how not-for-profit organizations and foreign governments can use leasehold condominium structures to obtain exemptions from real property taxes.
