Litigation partner Andy Bouchard will speak on a panel, “Securities Class Action and Shareholder Litigation: Key Developments and a View From All Angles,” as part of Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law’s 2023 Securities Regulation Institute. The panel will discuss various aspects of securities class actions; trends in SPAC litigation; and trends in M&A and governance litigation, among other topics.
The Securities Regulation Institute is one of the most visible and highly-regarded securities and corporate law conferences in the country, and focuses on practical advice for attorneys advising corporate clients on the ever-changing world of securities and business law.
The conference will take place in Coronado, California from January 30 - February 1. Andy’s panel will take place on February 1 at 12:15 p.m. PT.
