Alice Eaton to Speak at the New York City Bankruptcy Conference

Bankruptcy partner Alice Eaton will speak on a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference. Alice’s panel, “How to Value Debt,” will consider the importance of valuing a company’s debt securities in the context of out-of-court and in-court restructurings. The event will take place on May 22 at the New York Hilton.
