Alice Eaton Speaks at the Las Vegas Bankruptcy Conference

Restructuring partner Alice Eaton will participate in a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s upcoming conference, “VALCON 2020: How to Flex When in Flux.” Alice’s panel, “Valuation Meets the Amazing Kreskin: Valuing Contingent Assets and Liabilities,” will explore techniques and legal theories for valuing contingent liabilities and assets when assessing insolvency as compared to GAAP and financial reporting rules. The conference will take place February 26-28 in Las Vegas.
