Alice Eaton and Sean Mitchell to Discuss Restructuring Developments and Best Practices at PLI Event

Restructuring partners Alice Eaton and Sean Mitchell will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s “Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings, and Workouts 2026” program. As co-chair of the event, Alice will moderate panels on market developments, corporate governance developments in distressed situations and critical intercreditor dynamics. Sean’s panel, “Hot Topics: Lightening Round,” will explore out-of-court restructuring tools, corporate governance mechanisms, cross-border strategies and more.

The event will take place both virtually and in person in New York on January 26. Alice’s opening remarks will take place at 9 a.m. ET, followed by numerous appearances throughout the event. Sean’s panel will take place at 3:35 p.m. ET.
