Restructuring partners Alice Eaton and Kyle Kimpler will take part in the Practising Law Institute’s upcoming program, “Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts 2020.” In addition to chairing the event, Alice will speak on a panel, “Market Update and Documentation,” that will examine the state of the restructuring markets. Kyle will speak on a panel on “Preliminary Restructuring Documentation and the Role of Financial Advisors,” focused on forbearance agreements, the scope of information requests, due diligence and valuation issues, among other topics. The event will take place on January 30 in New York City.
