Restructuring partners Alice Eaton and Chris Hopkins will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s “Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts 2022” program.
As co-chairperson of the event, Alice will deliver opening remarks and participate in a panel, “Restructuring Participants and Market Update.” The panel will discuss restructuring participants, the roles of various advisors and recent developments; the state of the restructuring markets; the range of market opportunities from middle market to mega cases; and turnaround and distressed debt opportunities.
Chris will participate in a panel, “Navigating Intercreditor Issues,” which will discuss the types of intercreditor agreements; unitranche and AALS; the role of intercreditor and subordination agreements in the context of a cramdown plan; and tools for managing hold-outs.
The program will be held virtually on January 27, with Alice’s panel taking place at 9:15 a.m. ET and Chris’s panel taking place at 11:30 a.m. ET.
