Westport Fuel Systems Completes $115 Million Equity Offering

Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters in Westport Fuel Systems Inc.’s offering of 20,930,000 common shares in the United States and Canada, generating gross proceeds of $115,115,000. The underwriters in the offering were led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities. Westport Fuel Systems is a leading supplier of advanced fuel delivery components and systems for clean, low-carbon fuels such as natural gas, renewable natural gas, propane and hydrogen to the global automotive industry.
