Warburg Pincus to Sell Majority Interest in Kestra

Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus and its portfolio company Kestra Holdings on the financing aspects of Warburg Pincus’ sale of its majority interest in Kestra to funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC. Oak Hill Capital will remain a minority owner of Kestra, a Texas-based financial services platform. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
