Warburg Pincus to Acquire Network Plus, a Leading UK Infrastructure Services Provider

Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus on the financing of its acquisition of Network Plus, a leading UK utility and infrastructure services provider, from OMERS Private Equity and shareholders. The agreement is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
