Vertex to Be Acquired by DFW Capital

Paul, Weiss is representing Vertex, a portfolio company of client Oak Hill Capital Partners and GenNx360, in its sale to DFW Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Vertex is a leading provider of customer information system software and integration services to the mid-market and investor-owned utility industry.
