Vantage Elevator Solutions to Sell Majority Stake to Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board

Paul, Weiss is advising Vantage Elevator Solutions in the sale of a majority stake to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, Canada’s largest single-profession pension plan. Vantage is a leading North American designer, manufacturer and distributor of elevator components and systems, and a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, which will retain a significant minority stake in the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
