Thom Browne to Be Acquired by Ermenegildo Zegna

Paul, Weiss is representing Thom Browne in the sale of his eponymous fashion label to Italian luxury group Ermenegildo Zegna. Upon the sale by Sandbridge Capital of its equity in the label, Mr. Browne and the Zegna family will be the sole shareholders of the company. The sale is valued at approximately $500 million. Mr. Browne will continue as chief creative officer.
