Spectrum Plastics Sold by Kohlberg & Company

Paul, Weiss represented Spectrum Plastics Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., in its sale to affiliates of AEA Investors. Formed via the 2017 merger of Pexco LLC and PPC Industries, Spectrum Plastics is a global specialty plastics manufacturer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
