SoftBank Invests in Full Truck Alliance Group

Paul, Weiss advised SoftBank Vision Fund in its investment in Chinese truck-hailing company Full Truck Alliance. A number of domestic and global investors participated in the US$1.9 billion fundraising, including SoftBank Vision Fund, CapitalG, Farallon Capital and GSR Ventures, among others. Around 5.2 million of China’s 7 million trunk line trucks are members of the Full Truck Alliance Group.
