SilverCrest Completes C$92 Million Equity Offering

SilverCrest Metals Inc. has completed a registered offering of 12,650,000 common shares in the United States and Canada. Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters, led by National Bank Financial Inc., in the transaction. SilverCrest is a Vancouver-based precious metals exploration company focused on new discoveries and value-added acquisitions and targeting production in Mexico's historic precious metal districts.
