Silver Lake to Sell Cast & Crew to EQT

Paul, Weiss is representing Silver Lake Partners and its portfolio company Cast & Crew Entertainment Services in its agreement to sell Cast & Crew to EQT. Cast & Crew is a leading provider of software and services to the entertainment industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team includes, among others, corporate partners Brian Lavin and Brad Finkelstein; tax partner Lindsay Parks; intellectual property partner Chuck Googe; employee benefits partner Lawrence Witdorchic; and real estate partner Salvatore Gogliormella.
