Shamrock Capital to Acquire Podium Entertainment in Consortium Deal

Paul, Weiss advised Shamrock Capital in its acquisition, alongside Flexpoint Ford and GoldState Music, of Podium Entertainment from Presidio Investors. Podium is a leading independent publisher and the third-largest audiobook publisher in the world. Under the terms of the deal, Shamrock's investment was made from its flagship private equity fund. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Bianca Levin-Soler, tax partner Robert Holo and executive compensation partner Kristen Klein.
