ServiceNow to Acquire data.world

Paul, Weiss is advising ServiceNow, an AI-based workflow management platform, in its acquisition of data.world, a leader in enterprise data cataloging and governance. The transaction will combine data.world’s powerful data catalog and data governance platform with the Service Now AI platform, giving AI programs and workflows the necessary context and real-time intelligence to drive smarter, faster outcomes for customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
