SEAKR Engineering to Be Acquired by Raytheon Technologies

Paul, Weiss is representing privately-held SEAKR Engineering, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced space electronics, in its sale to Raytheon Technologies. Raytheon is a developer of advanced sensors, training and cyber and software solutions, providing disruptive technologies to civil, military and commercial customers in more than 46 countries around the world. Upon closing of the transaction, SEAKR will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon and will report into Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
