Salini Impregilo to Sell Plants & Paving Division to Eurovia

Paul, Weiss is representing Salini Impregilo S.p.A., an Italian construction company, in the sale of its U.S. Plants & Paving division to Eurovia SAS, a company of the Vinci Group, for a total of $555 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018, subject to clearance by regulatory authorities.
