Safilo Group to Acquire Blenders Eyewear

Paul, Weiss is representing Safilo Group S.p.A. in its acquisition of Blenders Eyewear. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2020. Safilo is an Italian-listed company that designs, produces and distributes eyewear, ski googles and helmets. Blenders Eyewear is a San Diego-headquartered company that designs and markets sunglasses and ski goggles.
