Rocket Mortgage Invests in Sagent

Paul, Weiss advised Rocket Mortgage, LLC, a subsidiary of Rocket Companies—a Detroit-based fintech platform that includes mortgage, real estate, title and personal finance businesses—in its equity investment and ongoing commercial partnership with Sagent, a Warburg Pincus-backed mortgage servicing technology company developing the first cloud-native, end-to-end mortgage servicing system.
