Red Robin Reaches Agreement With Two Activist Investors

Paul, Weiss advised the board of directors of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. during the activist campaign by and settlement with JCP Investment Management LLC and Jumana Capital Investments LLC. Under the terms of the deal, Red Robin will add two independent directors to its board. JCP and Jumana also bought $8.3 million worth of common shares in a private placement.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Kyle Seifried and David Huntington, and included partner Scott Barshay and counsel Anya Richter Hodes.
