Radius Global Infrastructure Finances DAS Assets in First-of-its-Kind Transaction

Paul, Weiss advised Radius Global Instrastructure, Inc., a leading global investor in real property interests underlying wireless telecommunications cell sites and other digital infrastructure assets, in the financing aspects of its acquisition, via an affiliate, of 358 Italian digital antennae system (DAS) assets. The financing transaction represents a first-of-its-kind financing of DAS assets in the Italian infrastructure market, and included a €140 million secured euro term loan. Radius is a portfolio company of the EQT Active Core Infrastructure Fund and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
