Polaris Completes Sale of Indian Motorcycle to Carolwood LP

Paul, Weiss advised Polaris Inc., the global leader in powersports, on the separation of Indian Motorcycle into a standalone business and the sale of a majority stake in the new company to private equity firm Carolwood LP. Financial details were not disclosed.
