Paramount Enters Into Extensive New Jersey Studio Lease

Paul, Weiss advised Paramount Skydance Corporation on its negotiations for a 285,000-square-foot film and television production lease at the new 1888 Studios campus in Bayonne, New Jersey. The long-term lease, which will entitle Paramount to access Studio Partner incentive benefits from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, provides for the development of numerous state-of-the-art soundstages, as well as post-production space, offices and other facilities. Paramount will be an anchor tenant at the 58-acre campus.
