OceanSound Partners Acquires Trident Technologies

Paul, Weiss advised OceanSound Partners LP, a private equity firm focused on making control investments in middle-market technology and technology-enabled companies, in the acquisition of Trident Technologies, LLC. Trident is a leading provider of advanced IT, engineering, and programmatic solutions to the United States federal government. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
