Oaktree Capital To Sell Minority Stake in TORM to Hafnia

Paul, Weiss is advising Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., and its affiliates in the sale of a 14.45% stake in TORM plc, a leading carrier of refined oil products, to Hafnia Limited for a total purchase price of $311.4 million. The share purchase agreement is subject to customary closing conditions.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by partners Dan Schuster-Woldan, Matthew Hearn, Ross Ferguson and Christopher Cummings, and includes tax partner Deeksha Rathi.
