Oak Hill to Acquire Equity Stake in Mercer Advisors

Paul, Weiss is representing Oak Hill Capital in its acquisition of an equity stake in Mercer Advisors from Genstar Capital and Lovell Minnick Partners. Mercer Advisors is one of the largest independent wealth managers in the U.S., focused on affluent and high net-worth clients. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
