Oak Hill Capital to Acquire Fiber Internet Provider Hunter Communications

Paul, Weiss is advising Oak Hill Capital on its acquisition of Hunter Communications, Oregon’s largest privately owned fiber-optic internet provider. Oak Hill’s investment and long-standing digital infrastructure expertise will help Hunter accelerate its fiber-to-the-premises network expansion plan in Oregon and Northern California. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team includes corporate partners Brian Lavin, Thomas de la Bastide, David Hong and Steven Kaye and counsel Ishan Jhingran; tax partner Reuven Garrett; and intellectual property partner Chuck Googe.
