Newlight Partners Invests in Sail Internet

Paul, Weiss is advising Newlight Partners LP in its investment in Sail Internet, Inc. Sail is a rapidly-growing, high-speed broadband provider leveraging fiber and next-generation wireless infrastructure to serve homes and businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
