New York Public Library Sells Two Office Space Condominium Units

Paul, Weiss represented the New York Public Library in its $21 million sale of two office space condominium units at 445 Fifth Avenue to the family office and foundation of a high-net worth individual. New York Public Library entered into a short-term leaseback of the units.
