NetDocuments to Acquire eDOCS from OpenText

Paul, Weiss is advising NetDocuments, a cloud-native document management platform built for legal professionals and a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, on the financing aspects of its acquisition of OpenText’s legal document management platform, eDOCS. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial details were not disclosed.
