MHP Real Estate Services and Banyan Street Capital Announce Joint Venture

Paul, Weiss is representing MHP Real Estate Services LLC, a New York City-based boutique real estate investment, management and brokerage firm, in its joint venture with Banyan Street Capital, a Miami, Florida-based real estate investment and management firm. Their combined owned and managed assets consist of over 15 million square feet in the eastern United States, with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion.

The Paul, Weiss team includes, among others, corporate partner Ted Ackerman; intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon; real estate partner Salvatore Gogliormella and counsel Allen Wieder; and environmental counsel William O’Brien.
