Metropoulos & Co. and One Rock Capital Partners to Acquire Nestlé Waters North America

Paul, Weiss is advising Metropoulos & Co. in its partnership with an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC, in connection with the acquisition of Nestlé Waters North America from Nestlé S.A. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half 2021, at which time Dean Metropoulos will become the company’s chairman and interim CEO. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team includes, among others, corporate partner Ted Ackerman and counsel Rosita Lee; and tax partner David Mayo.
