Maiden Holdings Announces Sale of Renewal Rights to U.S. Treaty Reinsurance Business

Paul, Weiss advised Maiden Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda reinsurance company, in the sale of the renewal rights to its U.S. treaty reinsurance underwriting business to Transatlantic Reinsurance Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Ellen Ching, Adam Givertz, and intellectual property counsel Jonathan Ashtor.
